Kintaro Sushi - PIK (Pantai Indah Kapuk Review)
Another Japanese food restaurant in North Jakarta! Kintaro Sushi is quite famous in PIK area, and had quite a long queue when I visited them. Luckily they have open kitchen area where you can see the chefs in action making sushi, which is interesting for me to see when queuing up.
Sushi
Kintaro Sushi have unique food presentation, they serve the sushi on mini beautiful wood bridge. You can choose your own sushi, but it need to be 6 or multiple of 6 in amount. When the bridge of sushi arrived on table, it will still covered with dry ice effect, which visually eye pleasing and make the sushi more insta worthy. They using fresh ingredients too, which makes this sushi delicious!
Kintaro Gyu Kushi Katsu IDR 180.000,-
I also try their famous Kintaro gyu kushi katsu (beef cutlet dish from Japan). It breaded and deep fried until medium rare before served with mini stone grill. The gyu kushi katsu served with 3 different sauces (sweet and sour katsu sauce, garlic sauce, and soy sauce). The beef cutlet taste so tender and juicy at the same time.
Overall I enjoyed their food. Although it's quite pricey, but it is worth it. Good places, good food, the ingredients are fresh, their unique and instagrammable food presentation, and good services.
